Swan Song

January 30, 2013 Fleaing France

Such a wonderful image.  As a mother I can't help but think how much easier keeping an eye on my kids would have been if I could have contorted my neck like that.

Being in the midst of a bout with the flu, or grippe as it's called in France, finding images is about the extent of my physical exertion.  After 2 days, my wobbly legs remind me that even when the fever drops down that it's best to go back to bed.

My laptop is my constant companion.  I've organized all of my books marks in to folders by category, deleted old photographs and relocated the plethora of items I had dropped on my desktop for future use.

I can't stay awake long enough to watch a movie and can't sleep long enough to really rest.

What do you when you are sick?  Suggestions welcome.....I'm told not to plan on doing anything for the next several days.
